1.

Fee Counter will be closed for lunch i.e. from 12:15 Pm to 12:50 Pm, (Daily)

लंच के लिए शुल्क काउंटर बंद रहेगा अर्थात दोपहर 12:15 Pm to 12:50 Pm बजे तक, (दैनिक)

2.

Details of the Books (Text Book) are available at the student corner of your college website. 

पुस्तकों (पाठ्यपुस्तक) का विवरण आपके कॉलेज की वेबसाइट के स्टूडेंट कॉर्नर पर उपलब्ध है।

3.

Student is required to check your Syllabus on your student portal @ www.chgc.in in student login section.

छात्र को छात्र लॉगिन अनुभाग में अपने छात्र पोर्टल  www.chgc.in पर अपने पाठ्यक्रम देख सकते है।

4.

You may also access the library after having your library card from the librarian.

लाइब्रेरियन से अपना लाइब्रेरी कार्ड प्राप्त करने के बाद भी आप लाइब्रेरी का प्रयोग कर सकते है।

5.

Kindly see your time-table at your student portal for joining your classes.

अपनी कक्षाओं में शामिल होने के लिए कृपया अपने छात्र पोर्टल पर अपना समय-सारणी देखें।

6.

College will remain open from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm 

कॉलेज सुबह 9:30 बजे से दोपहर 3:30 बजे तक खुला रहेगा।

7.

You have to maintain 75% Bio-Metric attendance otherwise you will be terminated from college at anytime without any refund. 

आपको 75% बायो-मीट्रिक उपस्थिति बनाए रखनी होगी अन्यथा आपको किसी भी समय बिना किसी रिफंड के कॉलेज से प्रवेश समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा।

Student is whole sole responsible for his/her bio metric registration, if the student failed to get registered in bio-metric within three days of admission then there will be no counting of attendance without bio-metric,  if you need help call us on 7303658365 or mail us on support@chgc.in 

छात्र अपने बायोमेट्रिक पंजीकरण के लिए पूरी तरह से जिम्मेदार है, अगर छात्र प्रवेश के तीन दिनों के भीतर बायोमेट्रिक में पंजीकृत होने में विफल रहता है तो बायोमेट्रिक के बिना उपस्थिति की कोई गिनती नहीं होगी, अगर आपको सहायता की आवश्यकता है तो हमें कॉल करें 7303658365 या हमें support@chgc.in पर मेल करें।

Student has to wear White Shirt, Black Paint, Black Belt, Black Shoes, White Socks

छात्र को सफेद शर्ट, काला पेंट, काला बेल्ट, काला जूता, सफ़ेद जुराब पहनना होगा।

10.

After taking admission kindly ask for your Student ID- Card within first three days after your admission from your concern department Student has to verify his/her email-id from student portal.

प्रवेश लेने के बाद कृपया अपने संबंधित विभाग से अपना छात्र आईडी-कार्ड मांगें छात्र को छात्र पोर्टल से अपनी ईमेल-आईडी सत्यापित करनी होगी।

11.

After submitting your fee kindly check your student portal by login into www.chgc.in student login section through your registered mobile number/email-id/CS-id/admission number in first three days after admission.

अपना शुल्क जमा करने के बाद कृपया प्रवेश के बाद पहले तीन दिनों में अपने पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर/ईमेल-आईडी/सीएस-आईडी/प्रवेश संख्या के माध्यम से www.chgc.in छात्र लॉगिन अनुभाग में लॉगिन करके अपने छात्र पोर्टल पर देख ले।

12.

There will be no refund of any fee of your admission and in any type of fee.

आपके प्रवेश का शुल्क और किसी भी प्रकार का कोई भी शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।

If the receipt is not provided by the concern person at the counter then immediately call on 7303658365 or mail us at  support@chgc.in 

अगर काउंटर पर संबंधित व्यक्ति द्वारा रसीद नहीं दी जाती है तो तुरंत 7303658365 पर कॉल करें या हमें support@chgc.in पर मेल करें।

14.

Please submit your fees only at the college counter and take your fee receipt otherwise student is purely responsible for mishandling of the amount.

कृपया केवल कॉलेज के काउंटर पर ही अपनी फीस जमा करें और अपनी फीस की रसीद लें अन्यथा राशि के गलत प्रबंधन के लिए पूरी तरह से छात्र जिम्मेदार होगा।

15.

Fees Submission Timings will be from 9:45 Am to 12:00 Pm Only.

फीस जमा करने का समय सुबह 9:45 बजे से दोपहर 12:00 बजे तक होगा I

16.

Scholarship Documentation Submission will be from 9:45 Am to 12:00 Pm Only.

छात्रवृत्ति दस्तावेज जमा करने का समय  सुबह 9:45 बजे से दोपहर 12:00 बजे तक होगाI

17.

Marksheet Distribution will be from 2 Pm to 3 Pm Only.

मार्कशीट वितरण दोपहर 2 बजे से 3 बजे तक ही होगा I
